 V. 2.2

 - Handling -

You want to test how your program or web site looks on a screen with lower resolution than your's? You can change your screen's resolution of course. But it is probably more convenient just to resize your program's or browser's window to the desired width and height. All you have to do is to select the desired size and then click on the big button. The next window that becomes the foreground window (by clicking on that window or it's taskbar button) will be resized.

New in version 2.2:
A function to restore the original size of each window which has been resized with WindowSize. This will, however, not work if WindowSize has meanwhile been stopped and restarted.

New in version 2.1:
1. Add a border in order to get the correct client area size for a maximized window. The Windows' default is 3 pixels which means that 6 pixels are added to the desired size (width and height).
2. Subtract the size of the taskbar. This can either be a horizontal (top or bottom border of the screen) or a vertical one (left or right border of the screen). The Windows' default values are 28 pixels for horizontal and 158 pixels for vertical toolbars.

 - System requirements -

Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP
The software has been tested on Win98 and Win2000. But theoretically it should also run on the other Windows versions.

This program requires the Microsoft Visual Basic 6 runtime library msvbvm60.dll to be installed in the system folder (most likely "C:\windows\system\"). You most probably already have it. If not, the program will return an error.
You can download it at

or at

and unzip it into your system folder.
